Every girl has her own personal scent, a perfume that you will never tire of, one that can be worn either on those special occasions only or alternatively both day and night, due to its light and fresh notes!

But with so many scents to choose from, just how do we choose our signature scent?

It is always a good idea to have a slight idea of what you want in mind.  For example do you wish to invest in a scent that is strong, powerful and noticeable or do you wish to invest in something a little more subtle, such as a fresh and fruity scent that can be worn on a daily basis?

Statement perfumes are best kept for special occasions as appose to every day events, this way you will able to create an impact on that special night out as appose to every day in the work place!

Many perfumes these days offer refillable bottles, this is great news for those who already know their signature scent.  It is certainly one way to cut costs down as refilling the perfume costs half the price of buying a brand new bottle!

Many perfumes also come with miniature versions, these are a great idea for a night out on the tiles as they will slip into your handbag easily!

A lot of people initially in fact choose a perfume based on the bottle.  Many of the perfumes today come in very arty and designer savvy bottles, meaning they will look great on your dressing table!  However you should never choose a scent based solely on the bottle.  Having a scent you love housed in an equally attractive bottle is certainly a bonus!
